Terms of Service
Effective October 22, 2026
These Terms govern the PipelineForge website and introduction service operated by Elite Automation LLC, doing business as PipelineForge ("PipelineForge," "we," "us"). "You" means the business representative using the service and, where you have authority, the business represented. These Terms do not replace a separately signed agreement.
1. Eligibility and authority
The service is for adults at least 18 years old acting for a business. You must have authority to submit information and authorize contact and disclosure on that business's behalf. Provide accurate, lawful, current information. We may decline or stop reviewing a request or application at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
2. Introductions only; independent providers
PipelineForge automatically evaluates eligible, consented requests from linked invited buyer accounts against recorded provider fit, approval, paid coverage and capacity. Up to three private invitations may be created, with contact disclosure after acceptance and current eligibility checks. Staff reviews exceptions and legacy requests. We do not deliver, supervise, certify, or warrant IT, cybersecurity, compliance, legal, insurance, or other professional services. An introduction is not an endorsement, certification, audit, or assurance that a provider meets any particular standard.
Providers are independent businesses, not our employees, agents, subcontractors, or joint-venture partners solely because of an introduction. You are responsible for evaluating qualifications, references, insurance, security practices, contract terms, and suitability. Provider agreements, services, fees, performance, and disputes are between the business and provider; PipelineForge is not a party to those agreements.
3. No outcome or volume guarantees
We do not guarantee a match, response time, exclusive leads, minimum number or quality of introductions, sales, revenue, availability, technical results, or continuity of service. Descriptions of human review or coverage matching describe our process, not guaranteed verification of every statement or provider capability. This website is not an emergency-support channel.
4. Submissions and permissions
You retain ownership of your submitted content and grant us a nonexclusive permission to store, review, and use it to administer your request or application, document consent, and protect the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Business-request disclosures to providers require the separate sharing permission collected on the form. Permission does not authorize unrelated marketing or override applicable privacy law.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment information, confidential customer records, health information, or other sensitive data. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for information you provide, including information about others. We do not need access to your business's systems to arrange an introduction.
5. Introductory partner pricing and separate agreements
The introductory MSP partner offer is $750 per month, month-to-month, plus any applicable taxes. Once you enroll through our hosted Stripe checkout and authorize payment, charges recur monthly until canceled. Cancel before your next renewal by contacting our team; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Submitting an application or contacting us does not authorize any charge or guarantee acceptance, leads, or results. Payment does not grant staff approval or portal access. Any additional deliverables or refund arrangements require a separate agreement accepted before charges. Provider services are priced and contracted independently.
MSPs may pay to participate under separate agreements. Our introductions are not a representation that we searched the entire market or selected the objectively best provider. A separate signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms on its subject matter.
6. Acceptable use and staff accounts
You may not submit fraudulent or unlawful content, impersonate others, scrape nonpublic information, automate abusive submissions, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's information. Authorized staff must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected misuse. We may restrict access or remove content to address abuse, risk, legal requirements, or service changes.
7. Intellectual property and third-party materials
PipelineForge's branding, site content, and original materials belong to Elite Automation LLC or its licensors. You receive only a limited right to access the service for legitimate business purposes; no ownership or broad license is granted. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Links and third-party content are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or responsibility for those services.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND INTRODUCTION SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ABSOLUTELY SECURE OPERATION, OR THE ACCURACY OF INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY USERS OR PROVIDERS. NO WEBSITE STATEMENT CREATES A WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY INCLUDED IN A SIGNED AGREEMENT.
9. Limitations of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELITE AUTOMATION LLC AND ITS PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM THIS WEBSITE OR INTRODUCTION SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
SUBJECT TO THE EXCEPTIONS BELOW AND ANY CONTROLLING SIGNED AGREEMENT, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS WEBSITE OR INTRODUCTION SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT GOVERN AN INDEPENDENT PROVIDER'S OBLIGATIONS TO YOU.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violations of law where limitation is prohibited, or any other liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited, including under California Civil Code section 1668. If a limit is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent law permits. These provisions do not waive nonwaivable statutory rights.
10. Business indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the business you validly represent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Automation LLC and its personnel from third-party claims and reasonable defense costs arising from that business's unlawful submissions, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized disclosures, or material misuse of the service. This does not cover losses caused by our fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other conduct for which indemnification is prohibited. We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation; no settlement may admit our fault or impose obligations on us without consent.
11. Disputes and California law
California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where nonwaivable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, either party may contact the other to attempt a good-faith resolution; doing so does not prevent urgent relief or suspend legal deadlines unless agreed in writing. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or waiver of nonwaivable consumer rights is imposed by these Terms. Court venue remains subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue law.
12. Changes, termination, and general provisions
We may change or discontinue the service subject to applicable law and signed agreements. Material changes to these Terms require appropriate notice and acceptance where required; posting a change alone does not retroactively impose new obligations. Provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership, lawful liability limits, and dispute terms, survive to the extent enforceable. If a provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective where legally permissible. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Nothing creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
13. Contact and effective date
Elite Automation LLC dba PipelineForge — katie@katie-melissa.com. These Terms are effective October 22, 2026. An appropriate method of accepting these Terms and any separate partner agreement is required before paid participation.
