What is PipelineForge?
An introduction service. We review requests from businesses looking for outsourced IT and, with their permission, introduce them to an independent managed service provider whose coverage fits.
Does PipelineForge provide IT or cybersecurity services?
No. We don't deliver IT support, cybersecurity, or compliance services. Those are provided by independent MSPs under their own agreements with you.
Is it free for businesses?
Yes. Submitting a request costs nothing and you're under no obligation to hire any provider.
Who sees my information?
Only authorized PipelineForge staff, and — if you permit it — the provider we introduce you to. We do not sell or publish your details.
Will I receive automated emails?
No. There's no automated outreach. Any contact comes from a person reviewing your request or the provider you were introduced to.
How are MSPs selected?
Every partner application is reviewed manually. We consider stated region, services and ideal customers. A listing is not an endorsement or certification of any provider.
How much does MSP participation cost?
The introductory partner offer is $750/month, month-to-month, plus any applicable taxes. Once you enroll and authorize payment, it renews monthly until canceled. Cancel before your next renewal by contacting our team; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Contact us to enroll. No lead volume or results are guaranteed.
Can I withdraw my request?
