They describe their company size, location, timing and IT needs, and explicitly permit us to contact them and share the request with an appropriate provider.

MSPs apply to partner
Providers tell us their region, service coverage and ideal customers. Every application is reviewed by a person before a provider is considered for introductions.

Eligible requests match automatically
Linked invited buyer accounts with current sharing permission receive up to three private introductions based on recorded services, territory, company size, paid eligibility and capacity. Unlinked or uncertain requests wait for staff review.

A direct conversation
Providers accept private invitations before contact details are disclosed. Buyers and providers can message in-app. Scope, pricing and contracts are agreed directly between them.
